Title: That Others May Live.
The back story. He finished school in December of 2010. After completing his Bachelors degree the plan was to study for the GMAT. Deep in our hearts, we know that pursing a Masters degree was not the right fit, for now. A dear friend of husbands had chosen a career that really interested him. He started to research and read more about the friends career. One day husband came to me and asked me to watch an episode of "Surviving the Cut, Pararescue". After watching it, he said, this is what I need to do.
After 6 agonizing months of tests he made it. Now, we had to wait again. This time we waited for a job. Two months later he booked the job. It was the job he had worked so hard for, Pararescue. The duties of a Pararescue are to save lives.
This is the creed:
It is my duty as a Pararescueman to save lives and to aid the injured. I will be prepared at all times to perform my assigned duties quickly and efficiently, placing these duties before personal desires and comforts. These things I do, that others may live. (taken from wikipedia)

I am so proud of him. He is my hero. I look forward to our new future. Much like the song title of one of my favorite artists, I have "Great Expectations" for us.
Here's looking at you kid:
